What does the "fre" in the ISO file name mean? I always see that in all their builds for OS' past and present and assumed it was to do with the language French but I'm assuming not because a few characters further it actually tells the language EN.

Sounds like your the man for getting into Windows and fixing things. Any fix for the following problem?:

I have a factory install of Vista on C: done by Acer. I installed Win7 on my D: partition which when actually boot into Win7 became C: and my C: became D:. So to get my 150 greenware programs installed in less than 20 seconds (cause the shortcuts expect the programs to be on C:) I had to create a hardlink to my greenware folder on C: (I mean D: ) and make it look like it was on C:. Now my greenware can be used from one 'location' in both Vista and Win7. However, I cannot add these hardlinked folders to the favorite list. Sure wish I could have folders in the favorites that allow me to group my favorites. Sure wish MS would let me control whether I want Win7 to change my drive letter or not.
Do you know of any way to do it?

You dont need to go to untrusted or "other" sources to get keys. You can get your legit keys from the website as always. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/download.aspx
